All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We accept returns within 7 working days of purchase. We can not offer exchanges at this time.
Customer is responsible for returns shipping cost unless product is faulty.
Returns must be sent back with all labels attached and in original packaging. For Jewellery packaging must be un-opened and sealed in original packaging, for hygiene reasons any returned jewellery that has been opened or used will be disregarded.
Please be careful when trying clothing on pets as stained items can not be returned.
How to process your return:
Send an email to email@example.com referencing your customer order number along with a brief explanation of your return. Once your return has been accepted by eollie, you will be notified of our returns address where you need to return your package.
We do not offer free returns, customer is responsible for return delivery. eollie can not be held responsible for return shipping costs, international duties, taxes, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods. We advise returned packages are sent via a recorded delivery for your own protection.
Your returned item/s will be refunded excluding shipping cost, within 7 working days of receipt. You will be emailed a return and refund confirmation at the time.
eollie reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above, if your package is not accepted as a return, you will be notified, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
